Frequently Asked Questions

Durability and Scratch Resistance:
We use 1/4" acrylic for most of our products. This makes for strong joints and a rigid product that will perform for many years. After years of use, sharp utensils may produce minor scratches but they are rarely noticeable. Scratches can be removed or diminished by polishing with plastic polish.

Depth:
The depth (or front-to-back dimension) of your drawer will not effect pricing, since all prices are based on typical cabinetry. As you proceed with your order, your depth will be required so that we can build your insert to your exact dimensions.

Wider Widths, Different Depths, and/or Higher Heights:
We can produce inserts at sizes that are not offered on our website. If you need a wider width, different depth, and/or higher height than are offered here, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail, phone, or fax with any questions or quote requests.

Cleaning:
Our products are dishwasher-safe. We recommend the top shelf. They can also be cleaned with most plastic cleaners such as 409 or Windex with Ammonia D.

Order Lead-Time:
Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks to manufacture your order. Call us for our current production schedule.

Your Own Design:
Have something in mind you don't see here? We can make organizers exactly the way you want them. See our Special Orders page. Follow those directions and fax or send us your design for a free price quote. We are always open for suggestions, please let us know what you would like to see. We are pleased to meet your needs.

Fit:
It is necessary to have some installation clearance between your drawer and our organizers. We deduct 1/8" from your width and depth for our kitchen and bath products, and 1/16" from your width and depth for our closet products.

Shipping:
We take great care in packaging all our acrylic products. Since our products range in size, shape, and weight they each must be specially packaged and boxed in order to prevent damage during the shipping process. Each box is fully insured. Should any damages occur, please hold on to all packaging materials, and contact us immediatley so we can arrange the return and reissue of your product. We also ship outside the U.S. Please contact us for International orders and shipments.
