Fabrication
All of our products are fabricated
and assembled by hand. We enter your dimensions into custom designed
computer software, and print shop drawings for your specific items.
For special orders, a draftsman may draft shop drawings from your
design. Whenever practical we use ¼" thick material
for a quality look and strong enduring product.
Each piece is cut from our polished
clear acrylic sheet, and milled for a satin smooth rounded edge
finish. The parts are assembled and solvent welded, and typically
clear silicon pads are applied on the floors so that your organizer
will not slide in your drawer.
